Mariam & Bishoy at the Pleasantdale Chateau
Mariam & Bishoy chose the magical Plesantdale Chateau for their winter wonderland wedding. Set in February, Bishoy got his wedding day wish - flurries fell while the two got ready on opposite ends of the castle.
Mariam stunned even before putting on her Galia Lahav dress from Bridal Reflections, getting ready in a beautiful custom Le Lauriér robe. Across the chateau, Bishoy took a break from toasts with his groomsmen to put the final touches on his tux before heading out to see his bride.
The two opted to do their first look in the lush greenhouse space. They spent a few quiet, sentimental moments together taking the day in before heading to the breathtaking pool house for bride & groom portraits.
The ceremony took place in a Coptic Orthodox church, where the couple had a beautiful, traditional Egyptian ceremony. Surrounded by loved ones, Mariam & Bishoy made it official in one of the most intricate ceremonies we’ve seen.
We headed back to the Pleasantdale Chateau, where Mariam & Bishoy took photos with their bridal party, laughing and celebrating in anticipation of their reception just a few hours away.
The couple braved the cold to capture some whimsical photos in the snow, with the chateau as their backdrop.
Guests began to arrive & we captured a celebration unlike any other - there was laughter, tears, sparklers, toasts, dancing, live music & endless food.
We can’t wait to see what the future brings for these two lovely, genuine people.
