Shavanne & Sean's Bushwick Anniversary Session

Our good friends Shavanne & Sean decided that it would be a fun anniversary gift to each other to do a photo session. They hadn’t had professional photos taken of just the two of them since their wedding day. So we met in Bushwick amongst the beautiful graffiti walls from the talented artists of the Bushwick Collective.

We loved the playful looks that the couple picked out for the shoot - Shavanne wore bright earrings to compliment the colorful walls. The two were so adorable in their matching kicks. We were totally on board with their casual looks that allowed them to move around freely, sit on the sidewalks & dance in the street.

The evening ended at a Mexican restaurant. We rehashed the shoot over tacos and margaritas & already started dreaming up a concept for their five year anniversary shoot next year - a Parisian-style photo session in the dainty floral garden of Ladurée Soho. We can’t wait to see them there!
