Rachel & Eric at Maritime Parc
We first met Rachel & Eric downtown NYC for a playful engagement session. Rachel piggybacked through Chinatown into Soho, where Eric pushed her down the street in a swivel chair. These two were so easygoing and lighthearted. We couldn’t wait for a repeat of all the fun on their wedding day.
The couple decided to tie the knot in Jersey City - not far from where they’ve created a home together in Hoboken (with their adorable bunny!). Rachel’s bridal look was timeless - with a fitted gown that boasted a statement bow on the back. Rachel & Eric got ready on separate floors of a nearby hotel before heading to Maritime Parc for their first look.
After they saw each other & took in the moment, they headed towards the skyline at the scenic Liberty State Park for bride & groom portraits. Rachel & Eric’s bridal party watched on as they walked the pier hand-in-hand & cuddled up for photos.
The ceremony took place on the top floor of Maritime Parc, under a beautiful chuppah adorned with white florals. The room was lined with windows and a perfect view of the NYC skyline was visible as the backdrop for the ceremony.
During cocktail hour, Rachel & Eric snuck out to the balcony for some sunset shots before heading over to the reception room to view their beautiful tablescapes. They nailed a dip & exchanged a quick kiss before joining their guests to begin the celebrations.
The couple shared a beautiful first dance while Hudson Horns serenaded everyone with live music. The evening was filled with music, dancing into the night & endless celebration amongst guests.
